Just made a vegan strawberry-banana-pinnaple smoothie*. It’s pretty nommy. I’m sure there are tons of recipes online…but this one is pretty simple:
-1 1/2 cup strawberries.
-2 tablespoons pineapple juice.
-1/2 cup vanilla soy milk.
-1/3 cup soft tofu.
Blend the strawberries and soy milk first, then add the rest of the ingredients. I’d put it in the refridgerator for a little while before drinking, but that’s up to you.
